Position Overview

  • Program Implementation: Execute regular educational activities including Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) interventions, life skills education, remedial learning, and career guidance sessions across assigned high schools, primary schools, and girls’ hostels.
  • Capacity Building: Organize and conduct regular training workshops and mentoring support for headteachers, school teachers, hostel wardens, and local community volunteers/animators.
  • Content & Pedagogy: Design and develop interactive Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) for core subjects, digital learning pathways, and reading/library engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Coordinate closely with local education department officials (BEOs, BRCs, DDPI office), School Development and Monitoring Committees (SDMCs), and Gram Panchayats to ensure smooth project delivery and systemic alignment.
  • Adolescent Health & Well-being: Help plan and facilitate crucial student-centric events such as Health Camps and Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) awareness sessions in schools and hostels.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain an accurate Management Information System (MIS) tracking student assessments and progress. Prepare data-driven monthly, quarterly, and annual field updates, including compiling impactful case studies and success stories.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc / B.Ed or M.Sc / M.Ed / Master’s in Social Work (MSW) / Education or a related field (Preferred).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of active experience working directly in the development or education sector, preferably with rural schools or community-led setups.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory to engage effectively with community stakeholders and local administration. Functional proficiency in English is highly desirable for report writing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entries for MIS tracking.

In this role, you will work directly at the grassroots level to implement sustainable agricultural practices, livestock management interventions, and micro-enterprise development. You will be the primary link between rural community groups (such as Farmer Producer Companies and Self-Help Groups) and the technical and financial ecosystems needed to make their livelihoods resilient and profitable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Program Planning & Execution: Design and implement community-based livelihood interventions focused on climate-resilient agriculture, water conservation, livestock management, and alternative non-farm income streams.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and streamline data collection systems for all our development initiatives in the Yadgir district. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data management system—cleaning field data, managing databases, generating real-time dashboards, and extracting critical insights. You will work closely with the field coordinators and program heads to ensure that field information is processed with 100% accuracy and transformed into actionable reports.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Database Management: Design, maintain, and regularly update unified MIS databases across multiple program verticals including Education, Livelihoods, and Health.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Review raw data submitted by field team coordinators and local community animators. Identify discrepancies, eliminate duplicate entries, and validate data integrity before final processing.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Develop and update clear dashboards that visualize project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for internal reviews and donor presentations.
  • Field Team Support: Train and guide field coordinators on correct data collection methods, digital survey tools, and proper compliance frameworks.
  • Coordination & Analytics: Assist the Program Head and Executive Director by performing deep-dive data analysis to track project bottlenecks, student learning curve trends, or farmer income growth metrics.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
