Certificate Programme in Creating and Sustaining Child-Friendly Libraries (CFL)

Admission Procedure and Eligibility

• Applications shall be submitted online through the SAMARTH Admission portal: https://cukadm.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/index
• The programme is presently open only to Librarians/Supervisors working in Gram Panchayat Libraries in Karnataka.
• candidates must have passed l0+2 /Higher secondary or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board/Institution.
• A maximum of 40 candidates shall be admitted through online counselling after verification of qualifying examination marks.
• For the I Batch, 24 seats (60%) are earmarked for candidates from the Kalyana Karnataka Region and 16 seats (40%) for candidates from other districts of Karnataka.
• If eligible applicants exceed the available seats, selection shall be based on l0+2 percentage of marks, following the prescribed reservation policy in case of a tie.
• Candidates must submit the completed application along with the required documents within the prescribed deadline.
• The programme is a credit-based Skill Enhancement Certificate Programme.
