We are a team of 200 full time and 300 part time individuals who are united by our aspiration to help individuals come together as a community. Each and every one of us have personal interest in transforming the lives of communities. Our team engage directly with the community members in project areas, initiating transformation on a more personal level.

We also work exclusively with a group of partners and donors who help us achieve our goals with the community. Our donors provide us with financial support, while our NGOs work in partnership with us to implement our interventions.

Our team currently works Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Meghalaya impacting more than 8,00,000 people across interventions.
